The facility has a second training floor that was being used as a breaking and specialty area.  It can be used for whatever you wish.  It comes with many concrete blocks, wooden breaking stands, re-breakable boards of different types and many Makiwara conditioning boards.  There are also racks, storage cabinets and professional white board in this area.  one wall has several mirrors.  This rooms holds many Wavemasters as well.  All are included in the asking price.
